20x10 composition

This piece was made in adobe photoshop, constructed from multiple pieces of the 6 original compositions, the 2 negatives, and photos of the 3d collider previously posted.

• Similar to the collider this piece also required added 3d elements to add to the design. Wire is featured in the top corners of the composition, following the idea/pattern of the wire that was in the collider, bent in a circular shape, mimicking the spherical shape of the collider.

• The clear plastic triangles were added to the bottom left corner, over an enlarger picture of the corresponding area on the collider. The triangles also stick up off the page and are strung together with thread, as they were in the previous project.

• Across the page, there are small stitches in linear patterns to further emphasize the piecing together of all of the compositions.

• Finally, paper cutouts of circles were added to the "2d" part of this piece, and the actual cutouts were added on top of the composition. These were added to bring relevance to the cutouts in the design, and also to add more continuation in the 3d aspect of the project.
