rgb modulations

This project was used to explore and understand additive colors: red, blue, and green light. For the final piece, students were to create a composition from the photographed paper structures (which can be found in the process post) and add additional overlapping geometric elements on top. These shapes needed to overlap each other to show the color mixtures, and also needed to lay over part of the composition, to show the effects of the multiply function in Adobe Illustrator.

Shown below is the final piece created using Adobe software, followed by a printed out version with added paint.
